Head count means that there was probably an extra person on the plane compared to the check-ins.

I know that this can happen sometimes when people are re-booked by a gate agent and issued a boarding pass which will scan and allow boarding, but the person also has to be "checked in" which can be missed sometimes, or at least happened to my wife once.

Lap children that are in a seat also can cause this, but that's usually the first thing they check so it isn't likely to be the reason for an hour delay.

Can't help you with the turbulence though. The archive isn't showing up in Flight Aware for that flight number and day so no idea what the details were.

Mnemonic...Mnemonic is a way of learning and memorizing. For example, using phrases, or songs or poems to remember something. It's helpful when learning airport codes. Example: MCO "Mickey Comes from Orlando" I hope this was helpful😊❤

But how do I get SWA to quit snail mailing me status and adverts?

It's just a waste as I don't even open them.

Eastern Tennessee is rapidy growing, and I have to travel there on business constantly, it is very disapointing that there is literally no service from Southwest within 3 hours drive of this area of the country, It would be great if Southwest could start servicing this area.

I want to thank the entire flight crew and all the passengers on the fort lauderdale flight on 10/3/17 at 10:25 am headed for Baltimore, MD that assisted my son during his health scare in flight......You helped save his life. Thanks to your quick responses you gave him air to breath-oxygen and immediate medical care...My son was helpless and YOU ALL TOOK CARE OF HIM...and WE THANK YOU! He is doing much better. .......love the Atkins Family.....

Changing Flight on points Error Message -flight cost increase

When is Southwest going to fix their glitch on changing flights that were booked with points.

Everytime I do this, a message comes up and says: We are unable to secure the price for the flight you selected. Please see above. It's been about 15 times now and counting for the last 3 months. The increase is always to my disadvantage to what is listed on the website.

This wastes a lot of my time because then I have to call in and have southwest do it instead of myself.

Please southwest -- get this fixed.
