Last week, the Windy City saw more of that wind they are famous for. Meanwhile, across Lake Michigan, it was snowing like mad. But what a view in the clear! As much as I do this, I never get bored looking at the beautiful scenery going by. My daughter, now in flight training, agrees. I guess it's in the genes as my dad was also a pilot. What makes this view even better is the fact that I called Chicago home as a kid.
