i fly from nashville to new orleans alot. when i fisrt started this trip for work i had flight options with southwest. five flights a day from nashville to new orleans. now i have 3 choices. morning, noon, or early eve. what happened to the late flight? i mean i understand cut backs etc.... but when every flight is full, < three wide all the way back and on both sides> why not add the later flight. and it isnt just from nashville, its from houston hobby as well. we were packed in like peas in a pod. my last three flights ive made we the worst flights ive ever made. so much to the point im looking for a new airline. i hope my voice is heard on this, and to make things worse, the lady at the gate stated " i hate to work new orleans flights, they are allways over booked, and allways mad people" its truely sad in these times that a blog is the only way i can voice my problems. i cant even get a return phone call. very mad rapid rewards member.
