Tom Colicchio’s ‘wichcraft, will be extending its reach in Bryant Park by creating the menu for a new pop-up restaurant, The Southwest Porch, that will open there on June 19. The cafe, at the southwest corner of the park, will serve sandwiches and small plates of cheeses and charcuterie, and drinks.
