Will the stability of the in-flight Wi-Fi improve? I believe including the movie and TV services was a bit premature, as the connection is often times too slow and congested to use for even the most basic of browsing, let alone getting work done. I have wasted money numerous times of Wi-Fi that rarely works.

What I need to know is will it work with a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 running android? In September I tried to use it and the only thing it would let me do was use flight tracker.

I wish there was a way a Southwest customers could pre-purchase wifi for an upcoming flight directly from his/her office computer in much the same way I pre-purchase an Early Bird ticket for my wife . This way I'm not pulling a credit card out in front of fellow passengers (who always seem to be watching me) as I enter my credit card information.
