July Inflight Entertainment Offerings: ‘Onward’ Joins the Movie Line-Up and Shark Week Returns!


Southwest is proud to offer free movies for our Customers to enjoy while inflight, in addition to our live TV offerings and custom TV Series channels. The current movie line-up includes more than 50 movies, spanning genres from animated family movies, to comedy, to drama, and everything in between. This month, Disney-Pixar’s animated film “Onward” joins the movie offerings available in the Inflight Entertainment Portal movie.

Back and more jawsome than ever is the custom Shark Week TV Series channel, which houses a library of Shark Week episodes to sink your teeth into, plus a never-before-seen episode, Tiger Shark King, available to watch more than 30 days ahead of its premiere during Shark Week. The feeding frenzy continues as you can tune in to Shark Week on Discovery Channel beginning Sunday, August 9, and continuing through Sunday, August 16 via live TV onboard Southwest WiFi-equipped flights.
