“It’s the small things in life that often have the biggest impact.”

Twenty-nine years ago, while working at a bank, Connie Rivero and her Fun-LUVing Attitude caught the eye of a Southwest Airlines Employee. He passed along his business card, and when Connie was ready for a change, she applied for a job at Southwest. During her interview, she showed the card that sparked the move, and the rest, she says, is history. A Station Administrator in Orlando, Connie goes the extra mile to help others, whether she’s hosting Station events, onboarding Employees, or recognizing others for a job well done. Outside of work, Connie volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House, and she fulfills her passion for animals by raising money for Florida shelters. Thank you, Connie, for living the Southwest Way.
