SWAL_0000_X3413_E5107_EG3.pgs For the 20th year in a row, Southwest has been one of  FORTUNE’s Most Admired Companies, and our CEO Gary Kelly wanted to say an extra special thank you to the Employees of Southwest Airlines: I really just want to thank all our Employees.  To be on the Fortune list just once is an incredible accomplishment; but, to be on the Fortune list 20 years in a row, is absolutely incredible. Thank you all so much. Thanks for what you do, your Customers absolutely love you; they are our fans, and we’re very fortunate to have you and, of course, all of us are very fortunate to have Customers who love you and love what you do.  We’re celebrating today with an ad in USA Today, and it's paying tribute to you once again.  I wanted you to hear directly from me how important it is what you do every day and how proud I am of you, and how proud I am to be a part of your Southwest Airlines Family. HAD A RUSH FLIGHT from Harlingen TO SAN Antonio TO CATCH AN international FLIGHT ON the 7 am of March 7th. Was very frustrated! What used to take me 55 minutes direct to SAT took me and my granddaughter 3 hours and then change flights in Houston to get to SAT!!! As a Senior citizen, 55 minutes to SAT to visit my son was very convenient. Not now! You should re consider maybe even just 1 flight direct for all us older people.
