When Passengers meet Flight Attendant Midell Marsh, they’re treated like family from the start. Known for her smile and ability to put others at ease, Midell helps Passengers feel at home
in the skies. After more than a decade with Southwest, her favorite part of the job is still meeting Customers, hearing their stories, and learning life lessons from them. Her most memorable on-the-job moment was a Southwest Honor Flight that took World War II veterans to Washington, D.C. In her free time, Midell supports a Coworker’s nonprofit, through which she has visited two orphanages in South Africa. Home Base “I live in the small town of DeLand, Florida. It has a great fall arts festival each year, as well as historical sites like the Athens Theatre and Stetson Mansion.”
