June kicks off Pride Month, an observance and celebration of the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer/Questioning) community. Many Pride events are held during this month to recognize the impact LGBTQ+ people have had in the world and uplift their voices.
This month we are PROUD to highlight LGBTQ+ Employees as they share their individual Pride stories and the all-around support, encouragement, allyship, and most importantly—acceptance—they’ve received during their time at Southwest.
