I think the new service is a big step for SWA and an excellent decision! Especially during summer in Phoenix when the weather is hot, people frequently travel to places like these to escape the heat! Go Southwest!

I saw "Boston" and "Minneapolis" and got excited; can you ever have service BETWEEN Boston and Minneapolis? I know they are small cities for you, but because Sun Country only comes a couple of times per week usually Delta is the only option for nonstop service between BOS and MSP and they are way too expensive so I end up making inconvenient connections. Also, while Phoenix is great, you already have that flight from Providence and I hope you don't get rid of it because PVD has seen lot's of cutbacks already.
