Southwest Airlines Declares 136th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS, July 15, 2010 --
Southwest Airlines' (NYSE: LUV) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.0045 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 26, 2010 on all shares then issued and outstanding. The 136th consecutive dividend will be paid on September 16, 2010.
