Greg and I were in Las Vegas last week for the Affiliate Summit and we flew Southwest. What an experience and I had to ask, just why is Southwest airlines so friendly? This is actually as much of a question as it is a statement.
Each flight we have been on with Southwest has been a pleasant experience and this one was no exception. Actually, this is only our second trip with Southwest. The first one was back in 1999 to Los Angeles but our experience was just about the same.
