As the airline with a Heart, we wanted to show a little extra LUV to our awesome Employees! Southwest Airlines connects Customers to what matters most to them, and we wanted to show appreciation to the People who make that possible every single day.
Southwest teamed up with Tiff’s Treats (both Texas-based companies), as part of their #CookieKindness campaign to surprise and delight Employees at Dallas Love Field with some of Tiff’s famous chocolate chip cookies. #CookieKindess is Tiff’s way of spreading kindness and showing gratitude for all the work people have done, especially during the last few years.
The Tiff’s Team passed out over 278 dozen warm cookies to Southwest Employees in every area of the airport and our Employees were able feel the LUV and enjoy a sweet treat during their work day.
In true Southwest fashion, Employees smiled, danced, and cheered with excitement at the sight (and smell) of the delicious cookies. Many even joined in the #CookieKindness spirit and took cookies to their Cohearts. We are so thankful to the Tiff’s Team for the soft, sweet cookie goodness.
It’s been a tough couple of years, but travel is back and the summer travel season is in full swing. Needless to say, the airport is a busy place! But no matter what, our Employees are resilient and they continue to serve with Heart and a smile on their face. And what better way to show some LUV than with warm cookies?
