Southwest executive chairman stepping down

An on-time departure happened this week at the helm of Southwest Airlines leadership. Seventy-seven-year-old Herb Kelleher, who is arguably the father of low-fare flying around the world, is stepping down, but not moving out. Kelleher is dropping back to a five day work week, which means more time with his nine grand kids.
