Are you asking about the second flight of an itinerary with a connection where the first flight was cancelled?
Regrettably, i don't think so. Southwest will try to rebook you, and when that happens your existing second flight is no longer available to you.

My advice is to rebook with another airline if you still can

To update everyone. Southwest was able to connect me to my second connecting flight from Atlanta to Texas.

I actually drove from my original point of take off Richmond VA to Atlanta to catch my connecting flight that wasn’t cancelled even though my first one was. Checked in at Atlanta and got my second boarding passes. I guess I took a risk but I wasn’t about to wait on hold for a whole decade for customer service. Terrible
