With all of the horror stories about how airlines are treating their passengers today, I want to dearly thank you all at Southwest for making every flight I am on a reasonable happy and safe one. I can count on the civilty of your flight attendants to try and make each and every flight pleasant and sometimes fun. Your employees care about their job and they treat people with respect. Yeah, there may be an outlyer who had a bad day but, largely, everyone is kind and welcoming. Thanks for being great in the air and on the ground! 😉
