I am trying to access to check in and also join rapid rewards and it seems like that I am unable to access to Southwest Airlines website. All the weblinks on the ticket confirmations give me an error prompt on the internet browser -

"You don't have permission to access "http://www.southwest.com/flight/addRRNumPnrEntry.html?" on this server."

FYI - my air tickets was booked through an agent therefore I have never access to the airlines website.

Try using the direct link: https://www.southwest.com/

Are you outside of the US by any chance? Unfortunately, Southwest blocks website access. 😞

sorry go hear your having trouble accessing the website I would try the link that @chgoflyer suggested.

if that doesn't work another thought I had was to download the Southwest Airlines mobile app and maybe that will work for you

Hihi, thanks but the weblink and the mobile app cannot work in Singapore. Now I am stuck i have no way to do an electronic check in and select my seats. Is there a hotline number to call in for help?

You won't be able to select a seat until you are boarding, but it will be helpful to get your boarding position ahead of time. Are you in Singapore now for a flight that is taking place within the next 24 hours?

Assuming you are planning ahead - is there anyone in the USA that you can have check you in that you trust to give the credentials?

While in Singapore I end up having USA based friends log in and access my account, or I take a day trip to Malaysia so I can access SWA.com.

Really a joke, even my VPN from Singapore does not allow me onto SWA.

But... if I buy WiFi on my inbound international flight, I can access SWA and do my check-ins while on 16 hr flight to USA.

Really, can't they fix this?  I have to change 11 SWA flights while I have no access to SWA. Calling is not a great option, (also expensive) as you can't see / plan;  not knowing the schedule and routing options.
