I cannot find an official answer to my question on the SW site. Does my 16 yr old child travelling WITH me need an ID to get past security & board the plane? We cannot locate her birth certificate at this time & all she has is a school ID. The TSA site says no, but that each airline can make their own rule. What is SW's policy?
Thanks!

Solution
Southwest follows TSA's rule. No ID needed.
