I was recently assigned to "A" List. Am I correct in assuming that now paying for Early Bird Check In is a waste of time? Does it matter when i check in or if I am in the A, B or C boarding group?
Thank you

Solution
An A-List traveler is unable to add EBCI to their reservation because, as you have realized, it is not necessary. If you purchased EBCI before making it to A-List you may be able to obtain a refund, contact Southwest and see if they will provide one. If for some reason you do not get an A boarding position (it happens occasionally), you can always board at A61. An an A-Lister, when you obtain a boarding pass has no affect on your boarding position.
