Hi @cew478,

 

If everyone is on the same confirmation number, you'll only need to check in one time. When you check in on Southwest.com, it will bring up everyone on the reservation. You can go ahead and check in your whole group at that time.

I dont know who can help me with this , ive been calling the airline number takes forever to get me to a agent. Im traveling with my toddler for the first time ALONE. Shes turning two next week, i know in jetblue i have to purchase a flight ticket for her since according to them i have to have her in a seat. My daughter will be on my lap the whole flight. Do i have to pay for the ticket anyways ?

It's actually an FAA rule, which applies to all carriers. If the child will be age 2 or older on the day of travel, they must have a paid ticket for their own seat.
