never flying southwest again, they don’t answer calls, didn’t send me my flight information or my reservation code and my flight is tomorrow. I am left in the dust and have no clue what I am going to do.

Hi! How did you book your reservation? You should be able to check-in online - if not, I’d arrive at the airport early and check in at the ticket counter to see if they have anything for you. Sorry about that!

I'm guessing you booked a flight over the phone. Have you considered that perhaps the agent got your email address wrong? You can call and check or just complain online about it.
The better solution is to have your Rapid Rewards account number associated with every booking and complete bookings online. Have you taken the small effort to sign up for a Rapid Rewards account where you can easily find all your information about upcoming flights?
Sounds like you could easily make this better don't want to.
