When I try to check-in for my flight tomorrow, it gives me an error that the flight is not eligible! What? So I have called the number on the error code and of course I've been waiting for over an hour. My last flight with Southwest was a nightmare, got stuck for two days...hours of hold time. What a joke Southwest is becoming.
