I am going to be flying with my double stroller. We don't really need it in the airport. I would rather check it at the curb or at the ticket counter when I check my other luggage. Do I have to have it in a bag? It stays closed really good, it is actually kind of difficult to get it unclipped from being folded.

Solution
Need? No
Good idea? Yes. Bags would keep it clean and prevent it from snagging on something else or something snagging on it. It's your decision though.
