Yep! Send a DM, looks like you're right. Just a simple mistake from Victoria is all. I must've just slipped through the cracks. No biggie, it's just drink tickets. I think they're gonna hook me up though.

Who knew you had to "opt-in" for this?!?! I've flown southwest for years and couldn't understand why I never received them...

@starrahbask The default is opted in so double check your mailing address. If everything looks right contact Southwest. Keep in mind the 10 flights have to be paid flights, not from points bookings or as a a companion.
