I recently moved and my doctor that I usually work with is out of state. They are California and I am in Washington. Will my ESA letter still be accepted by a gate agent. My worst fear is getting there and being told that there is a problem.

Follow the link under Assistance Animals for Emotional Support Animals here: Traveling with Animals. It will have all the info you need.
As long as the dog or cat and your documentation meets all the requirements, it shouldn't matter what state your doctor is located in.
