Does anyone know who to contact to tell Southwest we need better check-in facilities at Memphis International Airport? Most of the time there is 1 or 2 ticketing agents and no self check-in or self-tagging. It is inefficient and I have had to wait in ticketing line for over an hour before just to check a bag.

Sorry to hear that it is difficult to check in for flights in Memphis.
I recommend you send a message to Southwest on Twitter or you can email Southwest by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of this page and someone from Southwest will respond as soon as possible
