Does anyone know what this error message means? My mothers flight is tomorrow and I can’t seem to check her in.

That's the error message you get if you try to check in before you are allowed to do so.
The EARLIEST you can check in is exactly 24 hours before departure time - IN THE TIME ZONE from which the plane is to depart
