Just want to give a huge shout out to Mara, who greeted me at baggage check in Sarasota on Saturday 2/19/22. My flight had been changed and I wasn’t supposed to get to my destination until 10 pm. I asked if she could get me to home any sooner. Not only did Mara get me home 5 hours sooner, she was extremely friendly and helpful! She could tell I was stressed and anxious and just wanted to be home and reassured me she was going to take care of me! THANK YOU, Mara for being the friendly, helpful Southwest representative. YOU MADE MY DAY! Kudos to you!!
