Flight delay due to gate agent late because getting food

I travel every week  and have become accustomed to the great Southwest hospitality, on time departures and pleasant employees.  That is not what I experienced tonight at Midway.  The gate agent and front desk staff were on there personal cell phones late to the gate made no announcement s or apology totally in helpful.

I'm sorry to hear that about the Midway staff, that hasn't been my normal experience there.

Sorry you had a bad experience with the gate agent at Midway airport because they were on there phone and getting food.
