Checked in this morning for flight tomorrow. All went fine and checked that boarding passes where on my phone app. Later this morning my wife checked hers and it wasn't there. So I checked on the app and on southwest.com and our reservation has disappeared. Been on hold one hour. Lady said it doesn't show up and there's nothing she can do. HELP!!

Try Checking the reservation manually instead of thru your RR account.
Input confirmation number and passenger name as if you are checking in.

Finally got an agent to help. Somehow it cancelled our reservation. Took couple of hours but now back in shape.
