MY mother and I traveled from San Juan P.R. to Austin TX on Aug 8th. We we're help by Jose Nuñez at the ticket counter, a gentleman who Southwest should be very proud of having as an employee. He was very helpful, respectful, humble and just a great representation of what customer service is. If Southwest had more employees like Mr. Nuñez it would be awesome. I want to congratulate Mr. Nuñez and encourage him not to ever change to always stay as humble as he is now. God bless you and your family José.
