was on hold for over 96 minutes this morning listening to stupid recording over and over and over and over.  was never offered a call back option.  and all because SW cannot figure out out to manage companion passes changes online.  TERRIBLE customer service.

Do you not realize there are multiple major weather events occurring right now and MANY people are dealing with cancelled flights?  If your request is not urgent I suggest you call back another day.  If your request is time sensitive then you should try sending a private message via Twitter or Facebook or use the live chat function in the Southwest app.

Hi,

 

Don’t call. Reach out to Southwest on their social media channels. I prefer Twitter and whenever I have a problem someone is there to respond in minutes - even last year in the midst of COVID and constantly changing flights.
