I don''t know what you mean by "required sizes."
If you are asking whether or not you can take them with you:
in a carry on bag : yes
in checked baggage:no
It's a TSA rule.

Do you know if they can be packed together or do I need to separate them? May be a crazy question but I have read different answers.

Lithium batteries with more than 100 watt hours | Transportation Security Administration (tsa.gov)
As the other poster mentioned the limit is 100 Wh or 100,000 mWh so these are both okay.
As @dfwskier mentioned the key requirement is that you carry it on - in the rare event that there was a problem with one of these they want it in the cabin where someone can do something about it instead of in luggage - TSA will confiscate them from checked luggage. That's a much more critical requirement than the watt-hours which I've never heard of anyone checking.
