If your KTN is saved as part of your profile it will populate into a new reservation automatically, saving you from having to manually enter it.

If you saved your KTN number to your profile it should automatically populate to all reservations when you are logged in.

I have noticed on the occasions I have booked over the phone it hasn't populated my middle name so my Pre check didn't show up on my boarding pass even though my middle name is saved on my profile so be sure to just double check if you book on the phone that your name matches exactly how it is on your KTN number.
