So me and my boyfriend are flying to Florida from Ohio, he’s 17 years old and hasn’t had a chance to get his licenses yet, this was a out of nowhere trip my aunt just decided to invite us too, he was gonna get a government I’d but they said it wouldn’t come in the main before we left so we have the paper copy of the government id and this, will he still be able to fly??

He should be able to. ID is required only for those 18 and older.

By the law, he will need no ID.

Have him take something that will prove that he is 17.

Yes, a learner's permit card, issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles, is accepted as valid ID at security checkpoints.
