Made the decision to go down to midway rather than closer Ohare purely to experience southwest as the reputation is solid. I've been sitting on board now for 1 hr 45 mins. Why we were boarded if they weren't going to leave - can't answer this. Plane issues? Nope. They purely are waiting because people left the terminal so many weren't boarded. So because I was responsible I sit and watch people one by one board. Honestly in bottom 2 airline experiences ever. I'm currently listening to an ENTIRE roll call of the plane. Can't make this stuff up. Guess I won't be going out of my way again for this experience. #southwestconfused #sincewhendoairlineswaitforpeoplenotthereontune?
