Southwest does no offer a mobile boarding pass if one travels with another person. Other airlines have no problem with mobile boarding passes for persons traveling together. No mobile boarding pass is a particular inconvenience when returning and a printer is not readily available. A great airline, but they need to fire the IT guy.
