Mobile app notifications not working

I used to get an alert telling me what my boarding position would be and reminding me to retrieve my boarding pass at least 10 minutes before the flight. But for the past two or three tickets I've stopped reviewing any alerts from the southwest app. I have all notifications turned on in settings and still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

Before the changeover to the new booking system, notifications for me were sporadic, and unreliable. Since they changeover it's gotten worse. 😞

 

I contacted Southwest via the web form, and I received a generic reply that didn't address my question.

Now I started getting the checkin notifications the night after the flight took place...
