Password login block

New Arrival

Last night, my son tried to login into RapidRewards on his cellphone and accidentally mistyped the password multiple times. As a result, it has blocked him out of the account. It says try again later. It has now been more than 12 hours. So how much later do we have to wait? He is traveling on orders with the military so we are trying to change his flight home after his duty, but cannot get in to do it. He may or may not be able to call in, so how long do we have to wait before the block resets?  Thank you for your assistance.
