So we are experiencing the ultimate negative of Southwest today. A cancelled flight, not weather related changing a 2 leg cross country flight with A boarding passes into, a 4 leg cross country flight with C boarding passes... seems like this should be on Southwest not on us =(

You arrived at your destination? For all airlines, that is the requirement. If you write a nice letter explaining what happened to you it's likely you will receive some vouchers. Use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and send a message. Were vouchers not offered when your itinerary was redone?

The same thing could have happened if you traveled by car. Accident, weather, road closure, unusually heavy traffic, etc. It happens.
I prefer to write to the CEO whenever I have a substandard experience. You will likely receive a LUV voucher in apology for your mishap.

If you had A-position from being A-list then you can still board at "A61" which should have helped.
Four legs is extreme, you must be starting and ending at some awkward airports, sorry to hear that.
