I just got a new Kenneth Cole 28” suitcase, but now that I am looking the measurements with wheels are over the 62” mark by 2”. Without wheels, it’s under and would be fine. I sent a message to them but then just decided to call. The lady said it won’t count wheels and mainly just the weight, then a day later I get a message back saying it does count the wheels. I read where carry one don’t, but nothing on checked bags. Does anyone know? The measurements are below:
- 28" overall: 30”H x 21.5”L x 13” -15”D
- 28" case: 28”H x 20.5”L x 11”-13”D

Those are standard bags and are fine, no one will be measuring them.

I don't have the citation handy but I'm sure I've seen it somewhere that wheels are excluded from the 62" measurement.
