Looks like SW broke the SW App for older I Phones (4s). Tried to update to new version. My IOS won't support new version. App tries to send you to get an update. App store tries to open/download older app. Older than says you need to update (endless cycle). Anybody know how to contact tech support?

According to the iTunes store, the Southwest app requires iOS 10.0 or later. If your phone has an older version of iOS you'll need to determine if you can upgrade it through Apple (my guess is probably not). If the app won't work you can use the mobile site at https://mobile.southwest.com to do most of the same things you can do with the app.

it was working smooth on my iPad Pro when it was running on ios 10 however as I have updated to ios 11.3 whenever now I am opening the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and crashes after a while automatically. How do I fix it?
