Southwest Airlines App not available

Hello,

I search for SW app on my iPad Air. The textual name of the app appears in search field, but nowhere on the screen does any app display.

Support told me to try downloading from Google Play. I can't seem to figure out how to add account so I can access the app that does appear (tri-colored heart).

I have used Google for years and it is my primary email account, but on Settings menu I only see Accounts not Add Account as some instructions suggest.

I do not have smart phone so my only goal is to get the mobile app on my ipad for checking in and boarding pass display.

I  don't think you can get an app for an Apple product  at Google Play as it does ONLY android apps.

You'll have to go to Apple to get the IOS version.
