Thanks SW for turning a bad morning into a good day

Running late to airport, high cost of shared rides, TSA pre check didn't show up on boarding pass...the best part of this morning so far was I wore socks when I had to walk thru the general security lines.

 

MDW airport and needed to walk to B17 before finally finding a gate attendant.  With a SW friendly smile she professionally took care of the the inexperienced traveler in front of me, then proceeded to process my request to upgrade.  While doing so listened to my morning.  She then without my asking checked my record, found why pre check hadn't printed and fixed it.  Thanks to great customer service and turning my day around.
