On recent flight SNA-PHX we kept hearing that it was a completely full flight.
I noticed that the person at the head of the A line had a carry on bag that was obviously way too big. It wasnt even close. She never was challenged by any SWA employee.
I got onboard and noticed her bag in the overhead. Instead of wheels in like it should have been, it was turned sideways. It was obviously twice the size of an allowable carry on. The orange bag next to it is a full size carry on. The one that was going next to it had to go in a bin to the rear because of this entitled A lister. I was tempted to help her out and rotate this so it was wheels in.
Either the GA or FA should have gate checked this bag........
