Travel Disruption or Travel Disaster?

I love how Southwest tries to downplay the recent mess by posting a message about a "travel disruption" on their web site.

I am certain if you ask any of the people impacted by this "disruption" they would choose other words like DISASTER or other choice words.

Southwest should admit their mistakes and stop trying to use neutral words like "disruption" to explain their mess.

Solution

Maybe you should contact SW and provide your opinion.

Almost as ridiculous as calling a $400 billion dollar spending bill the “Inflation Reduction Act.”

How many flights did you have that were delayed or canceled?

This is not about me, this is about Southwest.

Distractions from the core issue will not be addressed.

AKA none, but he has all of solutions to Southwest's problems. I can't even begin to count the number of people who told me not so politely to stay quiet as I had not been impacted. I was impacted, experienced the impact, saw what Southwest was doing, and went through the process of trying to get reimbursed for expenses so I have no problem offering an educated take on the events.
