This is the longest hold i have ever been on yesterday i was on hold 84 minutes. Today i have been on hold 2 hours. Not sure if i can get anything resolved at this point.

As you know, the state of travel around the country now is a nightmare, so longer hold times are to be expected.
You might have better luck using either the SW App Chat feature, Twitter Direct Message or Facebook Messenger. Those teams are amazing, and they might can get back to you quicker.
When you send your original message, be sure to be as detailed as possible to cut down on the back and forth, which takes additional time.
