Walked through airport then pre boarding in wheel chair😄

I watched a couple walk all over the airport then at my gate the guys wife boarded with a wheel chair! They then each saved two seats for family. What?  

I need one more business select flight for a companion pass then will buy cheap tickets going forward.

If you want to sit in the "saved" seats, go right ahead.

This is a well documented issue.  SWA is in a bad spot because there really isnt much they can do about it.
