Worst flight experience of a Lifetime

Dear Southwest Customer Service,

 

I agree with Others that Southwest airline is not a friendly airline anymore.

We had travelled during Christmas time and they had cancelled out our flight and never had courtesy to call back we ended up staying at our entire 2 days at a hotel spending $2000 plus dollars both ways with my son and wife such a night mare experience. I would recommend anyone please dont travel by southwest anymore.

Southwest was the best several years before and not anymore...no courtesy no friendly phone calls .. server goes down for no reason!!! It is such a waste of time if you want to celebrate with your loved ones
